Welcome to FORU Creative Co. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment:
    •    A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
    •    Final payment is due before final content delivery.
    •    Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received.

2. Turnaround Time:
    •    Standard delivery is within 7–14 business days unless otherwise stated.
    •    Rush fees apply for expedited services.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling:
    •    Cancellations result in forfeiture of deposit.
    •    Rescheduling is allowed once with 48-hour notice; additional changes may incur fees.

4. Creative Rights & Usage:
    •    FORU Creative Co. retains the right to use finished work for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    •    Clients may use delivered content for personal or agreed-upon commercial use.
    •    Raw/unedited files are not included unless specified in the package.

5. Conduct:
    •    Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared.
    •    Disrespectful or unsafe behavior may result in service termination without refund.
