Refund Policy

Due to the creative and time-based nature of our work, all sales are final. However, we aim to be fair and flexible when possible. Please read the following carefully:

1. Creative Services:
    •    Deposits are non-refundable.
    •    No refunds are issued for completed creative services (design, photo, video, or content).
    •    One round of revisions is included (unless otherwise stated in your contract).
    •    If FORU Creative Co. cancels your shoot or project for any reason, you will receive the option to reschedule at no extra cost or receive a full refund.

2. Digital Products or Downloads:
    •    No refunds are offered once digital content is delivered.

3. Physical Products (if applicable):
    •    We only offer exchanges or store credit for damaged or defective items reported within 3 days of delivery.
    •    Items must be unworn and returned in original packaging.
